BREBECK Composite One Year Later

It’s hard to believe that we are about to welcome the new year 2013! Some of you may remember our first post about the inception of our company BREBECK Composite s.r.o. The post was published about a year ago and so today seems like a perfect time to celebrate how much has been accomplished in the last 12 months.

Our team has grown from a team of two founders (Thomas Brebeck and Marcel Benda) into a solid team of eleven (11) dedicated, passionate and hard-working people.

A new Autoclave has been ordered and going to be delivered in the next two weeks. Taking the step of ordering the second Autoclave was a strategic move to increase our efficiency and reliability.

We have expanded our production line and added a much-needed space to most of our rooms. The new finishing room has been moved and expanded by a 100 square meters. To continuously support our dedication to quality assurance, we have positioned this room on the opposite side of the laminating and infusion rooms.

It has been a very productive year for BREBECK Composite s.r.o. Our strategy is that with the latest addition of the second Autoclave, increased space and an ongoing education and support of our staff, we are in a great place to prepare our company for a sustainable growth.

BREBECK Composite welcomes our newest customer, Kolb Technology

Let me introduce you to our newest customer, Kolb Technology located in Hengersberg, Germany. Kolb Technology has been producing and supplying milling-machines supporting clay styling processes for more than a 100 years and we are proud to have partnered with them on a few projects.

The first project has been completed. BREBECK Composite built two covers (main body cover and laser cover) for the Concept line – Kolb Technology’s newest machine. Both covers can be seen in the pictures below.

This pictures shows the actual machine in its full glory. The main body cover (the red arrow points to it) was made from glass fiber polyester resin.

The following two pictures were taken in our production hall. They show the actual size of the main body covers.

This picture shows the scanner cover already finished and mounted to the machine (note the red arrow).
