BREBECK Composite has grown again! We have a new addition in our company which makes our carbon fiber production team a total of four. We never even dreamt about growing so fast! And you know what? BREBECK Composite is currently negotiating with two more people to join the carbon fiber production team. Their help is desperately needed as the demand keeps increasing and new orders keep piling up. One truck with 80 carbon fiber parts is on the way to BMW as we speak and we have just received a new order for 90 carbon fiber parts from Lamborghini. With that being said, it is very possible we may be hiring even more people in a very near future!
While we continue to grow, we cannot lose the sight of ensuring top quality, reliability, committment to our product and our customer, and a 100% job satisfaction. It is beyond belief that our company, BREBECK Composite s.r.o. is already 5 months old! Even though our combined experience in working with and producing carbon fiber is about 25 years, it has been quite interesting to raise this new “baby” from ground up. I don’t think anyone realizes how much hard work, detail and patience is needed when building a company until they actually do it.
Our carbon fiber production line is up and running and our first big order has been delivered. Normally, I would be bragging about the type of carbon fiber parts we have delivered and I would certainly be posting pictures, as any proud father would do. Well, I am not at liberty to share that information as of yet. Our customer is currently testing the parts in the hopes it will give them a competitive advantage over their rivals. As soon as we get a green light, I will post pictures and talk more about the technical aspects of the parts. What I can brag about are the reviews and feedback we have received from our customer. Their expectations have been exceeded and they placed several new orders with us.
With that being said, BREBECK Composite s.r.o is already looking to hire more employees. We started with one subject matter expert in carbon fiber production and the brains behind the operation, Thomas Brebeck, and one investor, Marcel Benda. In December we hired one engineer who has an extensive experience in carbon fiber production and one specialist. It is now January and we are desperately seeking more hard-working and detail oriented people open to new and innovative ideas.
This has already been an interesting journey to say the least! I am very proud of what has already been accomplished and I value the partnerships we have formed here in the Czech Republic and Germany, I look forward to not only watching my company grow and prosper, but to becoming an integral part of the economic growth here in Ostrava. Prost to that!
